We offer a 12 month manufacture warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. With this understanding, we are happy to provide our customers with a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products.
Defective Items:
If you received a defective item, you may return it within 12 months from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at info@bondivibes.com with your order number and defection summary. You may also wish to send images to explain the issue. This policy does not include normal wear and tare, or if the item was misused.
If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.
